Our small Bulgarian village of Stefan Stambolovo is famed for its fertile soil and golden stone, but over the years  - like many of Bulgaria’s rural villages, it  has suffered a shrinking population and depleted resources. However, as with all of Bulgaria - this village is home to a vibrant community.
